The Chinese American Arts Council (CAAC) and Chinese movie channel CCTV-6 present the 1st New York Chinese Film Festival. Celebrating the 35th anniversary of the CAAC, the festival program is packed with screenings, celebrity appearances, fan events and a gala dinner honoring outstanding Asian artists.
